<strong>The Bayview BOOM</strong> is a parade of art cars/bikes/etc, built and driven by underprivileged residents of Bayview Hunters Point. The project, funded by Burning Man's Black Rock Arts Foundation, happens in October 2011.<br>

LearnTech PlayShops w/ spontaneously improvised jamming! A dedicated Digital Jam Lounge + Slayers Club Family Room with giant Tetris Blocks! Glowing DanceTech dancers and live painters! The premiere of the Slayers Club's live set and Rich DDT's ControlliTAR! And a sea of inspired partygoers to experience it! What a phenomenally awesome experience we all shared!!!

<p>We had 1200 people come through our doors to share in the awesomeness of Public Works. We were packed full of wonderful and beautiful people, but there was still room to move, mingle, play and dance. THANK YOU for supporting, celebrating, and playing with us. Together we created the most Epictacular Anniversary of the Decade!
</p><p>What we experienced was a sure sign of our brilliant future, and a catalyzing catapult for a fresh round of creative collaborations! We are very thankful to the Slayers Club for helping us scale up like this. We're also looking to settle down a little bit in February before we blow it up to that magnitude again.
